The Nature of Public Lands
Explore the Pinelands, digitally, with PPA Stewardship Coordinator Jason Howell. During this webinar, we will explore public lands in the Pinelands via satellite imagery and discuss the categories of preserves, who manages them, what the rules are, and what you can see and do there. We will explore wetlands, uplands, dunes, spungs, large wet meadow savannahs, and more and you will begin to get a sense of the expanse of the Pines in the areas off-the-beaten-path.
